Goose the Market

Goose the Market is your full-serivce butcher shop and specialty food market complete with craft beer and wine cellar. A rotating menu of sandwiches, soups, and gelato is ready to eat while staff cut to order from cases laden with farmstead cheeses, cured meats, house-made sausages, and local, pasture-raised steaks, chops, and poultry. Guests 21 and older can head to Goose’s cellar, Enoteca, to order beer and wine by the glass, small plates, and cheese also cheese and cured meat tasting flights. Communal, barn wood tables are nestled between racks of carefully-curated beers, wines, olive oils, sauces, preserves, pickles, and more.
Goose the Market opened in Indy over a decade ago and has earned features in Food & Wine, The New York Times, Bon Appetit (Top Ten Sandwich Shops in the nation), and more. Slow Food Indy awarded Goose the Market the “Snail of Approval,” and owners Chris and Mollie Eley represented Indy at Slow Food’s international Terre Madre in Italy.
